Artist Statement

In my works I deal with different materials, and Prefers nature forms, mostly with filigree and complex structures. I am interested in the play with light and shadow, the layering, permeability and impenetrability.

1976 born in Çorum, Turkey, 1995 - 1999 Study of sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts Anadolu University, Eskisehir, Turkey, Since 1999 active as freelance artist, 2000-2002 Teaching activity, painting and sculpture museum in Izmir, Turkey, 2003 Relocation to Darmstadt, Since 2009 sculptural activity in her own studio in Darmstadt, 2011-2012 member of the BBK Frankfurt, since 2012 member of the BBK Darmstadt and GEDOK Heidelberg, participated in exhibitions in Denmak, France, Holland, Italy and Germany
